Our new project is situated in the picturesque village of Katnaghbyur, offering all the amenities for family recreation. We have renovated and transformed an existing small village house into a two-story residence, blending rustic charm with modern design principles. Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed by a tranquil brook at the entrance, softly guiding them home with its gentle murmur. The majestic Hatis mountain adds a bold backdrop to the scene.

The centerpiece of the property is a swimming pool, surrounded by various recreational areas including a children's playground, a gazebo with swings, a bonfire zone, an orchard, and a comfortable outdoor pavilion.
